How To Cancel
- 1. Orders page — if the order shows a Cancel button, press it. The request goes straight into the delivery system.
- 2. No button? Contact on Whatsapp with the order ID and "Cancel request" — we trigger it manually from our side.
- 3. Refund lands automatically — the moment the system confirms the stop, the refund credits your balance. No follow-up needed.
Example: at 18:00 you order 20,000 TikTok views ($4), at 18:06 you realise it is the wrong video. You press Cancel while the order is still Pending → the full $4 is back on your balance within moments, and you reorder on the correct link.
Special Cases
- Drip-feed orders: remaining (unstarted) runs can be cancelled anytime; completed runs are chargeable.
- Subscriptions (auto-likes/views): stop future posts anytime from the Subscriptions page; already-delivered posts are chargeable.
- Refill button orders: refill and cancellation are different — refill tops up drops for free inside the guarantee window; it never charges you again.
- Provider-stuck orders: if an order sits In-Progress abnormally long with no movement, ticket us — we chase it and refund whatever cannot be delivered.

How fast do cancellations process?
